February 8—Artist applications will be available on the Zapp website: www.ZAPPlication.org.
June 4—Artist application deadline
July 16—Notification to Artists of Status: Invited, Not Invited or Wait Listed. Artists will be notified by email through the ZAPP system before midnight on July 16.
August 3—The deadline is August 3 for receipt of booth fees, temporary vendor’s occupational license fee (if applicable), and Release Statement. Louisiana artists are exempt from this provision by state law. A Release Statement is required to be signed by the Artist [and Collaborating Artist] and returned to the festival. An artist will not be allowed to set up unless the signed Release Statement has been returned. A late fee of $25 will be required for booth fees postmarked after August 3. Anyone who has not paid their booth fee by August 17 will forfeit their booth space in the festival.
September 1—Cancellation deadline. All cancellations must be submitted to the festival in writing. No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after September 1, for any reason. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations requested on or before September 1 and refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of written cancellation notice.
